To be personally well or create a culture of wellbeing requires the exact same principles, timeless truths that can be repackaged in many ways but always point the same direction – from confusion to clarity.
I understand there is no one way to wellbeing and that you require a unique approach to find your own balance. Over the last 16 years, I have been fortunate to work with and learn from innovators and leaders across the fields of outdoor adventure; yoga, functional movement, nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, mental health, and modern science. This has both inspired and equipped me with the skills and knowledge to share with you what I have learned.
I share this work as widely as possible within communities, corporations, businesses, and schools and I’d love to assist you in exploring your potential for wellbeing, actively engaging in the deeper work required for transformation.
